Chloe is a 10 month old medium size beautiful black and white border collie with tan markings. Chloe, along with her family, was surrendered to animal control by her owner. She was tied up in the basement of her home living in indescribable conditions. Luckily, with the help of shelter staff, her true loving and warm personality has come to light. Highly intelligent and a quick learner, Chloe is true to her breed. She will need a family who is very active and loves the outdoors. Chloe is good with other dogs. Best suited for a home with older children. Border Collies need a lot of exercise and this is no different for Chloe.
